SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
Order processing:
Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within seven business days of receiving the order. We are committed to processing all orders within this timeframe or in the case of presenting products ordered in pre-sale.
Delivery time:
After shipment, delivery of the order should take 2 to 30 days depending on location and chosen delivery method. On average, delivery takes 2 to 10 business days (not including weekends and public holidays). Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on transport conditions. We are not responsible for errors made by our carriers (for example, lost packages).
Delivery deadline:
We are committed to delivering the order no later than 30 days after it is placed. If the order is not delivered within this timeframe, the user has the right to cancel the order and request a refund. Please contact us if the order has not been delivered after 30 days.
