Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. If more than 14 days have passed since receipt, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must not show signs of use beyond ordinary inspection, must have the original tags, and be in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.
Personalized products and gift cards are non-returnable, in accordance with applicable laws.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at contact@gotyka.com. Returns should be sent to: UL. GUSTAWA EHRENBERGA 36, 31-309 KRAKÓW, POLAND . In our email reply, we will provide detailed return instructions and confirm the shipping address if necessary.
Items sent back without prior notification will not be accepted. If you have questions regarding returns, you can contact us at contact@gotyka.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original order and place a new order once the return is accepted.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If the order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable regulations. The terms of withdrawal are consistent with the return policy described above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of its acceptance or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your bank account or original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return. The time for the refund to be credited may depend on your bank or payment processor.
Color variations due to screen settings, photo angles, or lighting may cause different color perception and do not themselves constitute a product defect.
