When contacting us, please include: your order number, order date, and full name. This helps us find your order faster and assist you. Also check your spam folder — our emails sometimes end up there.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is free and takes 14 to 21 business days. We ship orders to customers all around the world, which is why delivery may take longer than domestic shipping. Every order is processed and always arrives. If 3 weeks have passed since your order date and you still haven't received your package, contact us — we'll check the status of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking number may take a few days to update, but it always updates before delivery. It's a matter of patience — the shipment status will change at the right time.

I didn't receive an order confirmation

Check your spam or junk mail folder. Our order confirmations sometimes end up there automatically. If you still can't find the email, contact us.

Can I return a product and get a refund?

Yes, you have 14 days to return the product from the date you received it. Send the product to our address (return shipping is paid by the buyer). Once we receive the return, we'll process your refund. When contacting us about a return, please include: your order number, purchase date, reason for return, and your bank details (IBAN) so we can transfer the funds directly to your account.

Is delivery free?

Yes, we offer free delivery on all orders, regardless of the delivery country.
